It's always nice to get new ideas on training methods. One thing I've learned through my experiences is that there's always more to be learned. It always seemed that just as I had thought I'd learned some ultimate training exercise, I learn in another art another method that's even better. So never think that all the best stuff can be found in one art alone. I can't wait to hear from everyone.

A good training excercise is to do hand-stand pushups, on a rail, overhanging a drop. It conditions your body and mind. Also, in iron body, you mention bone marrow cleansing. Where on this site can I find that?
Kiru, I saw your name in the Underground Society webpage, and I was wondering if that was you.

We have our own Jow recipes and usually make it by the gallons. Very effective stuff. I've tried the stuff from catalogs before. Smells like rubbing alcohol and doesn't do as much.

Hi, I haven't been using this board in a while. Working on a new Kouryou Kai website. If you'd like to know more, just email me at kiru4@yahoo.com or text me at 607-527-5115. And if you're local, consider joining my gym for MMA or BJJ. I also teach the Shinobi arts upon request. If you choose that, prepare to have your balance tested constantly. Be well!
